Jean-Michel T. Lorenzi, founder, Chair & CEO
Jean-Michel has a 35+ years track record in organizational transformation, revenue growth, and information technology, helping US companies Oracle, Gupta, ServiceSource) expanding their client base in Europe, as well as European companies spearheading aggressive sales growth in the USA and Canada. Jean-Michel has held senior executive roles (direct sales, channel sales, marketing) prior to leading the French subsidiaries of Kalido Ltd, a Royal Dutch Shell Group’s spin-off specialized on Data Warehousing and Master Data Management in Retail, Oil & Gas and CPG sectors, and Formula Insurance Solutions Software Ltd., a premium Tel Aviv-based life insurance software vendor later on acquired by Sapiens.
In 2000, Jean-Michel cofounded 2Be-fficient, a company he built into the premier European Application Service Provider (ASP) of executive dashboards assessing the perceived quality of critical B2B and B2C online services (banking, trading, and e-commerce).
In 2012, Jean-Michel cofounded FrontSwimmer, a first-of-its-kind Software as a Service (SaaS) business geared at transforming high potential SMEs and intermediate-sized enterprises through collaborative innovation, providing them with unparalleled cross-cutting insight into their hidden potential for creating shared value.
In 2014, Jean-Michel launched “Refer an SME!”, a collective solidarity initiative with the objective of assisting the growth of small- and medium-size European enterprises as they were emerging from economic downturns that impacted the region.
This entrepreneurial journey has gradually led Jean-Michel to develop and exercise, for more than 10 years now, strategy consulting, headhunting and leadership development activities with intermediate-sized companies and large corporations in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Jean-Michel has an Engineer’s degree (Dipl. Ing.) in Civil Engineering, Architecture and CAD from Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP), Paris, France.
